- In case of high order volume or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.
- We offer standard delivery across India, with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the tracking number.
- Tracking information will typically be active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure safe and reliable delivery across India.
5. Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery delays may occur due to strikes, natural calamities, lockdowns, or courier issues.
- Art’s Touch will not be held liable for delays outside our control but will provide updates wherever possible.
6. Damages or Issues
- Art’s Touch is not responsible for any damage or loss occurring during transit.
- If you receive a damaged product, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in raising a claim with the courier partner.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we ship only within India.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
